Lexi Nudelman practices under the belief that the greatest healing and self-awareness can come from a connection to ourselves and others. Lexi strives to empower you with skills to make authentic connections, provide insight on how the brain and body respond to grief and trauma, and harnesses your strengths to reach your goals. Lexi aims to provide a safe, relatable, and supportive atmosphere that encourages vulnerability and self-discovery.
Lexi specializes in working with grief, trauma recovery, relational issues, depression, anxiety, and people-pleasing and perfectionistic tendencies. Lexi draws largely from an attachment theory lens and is trained in both CBT and DBT modalities.
Lexi also utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a treatment modality for grief and trauma.
Lexi is a licensed social worker with a M.S. in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, and additionally an B.S. in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University. To keep herself balanced, Lexi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and hiking.
