Cynthia approaches treatment with a variety of psychotherapeutic methods such as cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR, behavior modification, and Nurturing Parenting. She believes in ensuring each individual feels comfortable, safe and valued.

Cynthia has spent several years working with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and ADHD. Cynthia also completed her internship working extensively with children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, interpersonal relationships, anger management, parenting and self-esteem. 

Cynthia guides each person toward achieving their goals by offering attentiveness, personalized care, collaboration, authenticity and compassion. Cynthia works diligently to propel individuals onto a path of healing, growth and a deeper realization and appreciation of who they are and want to become. 

Cynthia obtained her BA in Psychology from New Mexico State University in 2014. In 2017, Cynthia received her MEd in mental health counseling from The University of Texas at El Paso and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys a good laugh, playing music and pampering her fur-baby.
