Christina is a warm, collaborative therapist who trusts in the role of curiosity and process in healing. She offers a supportive space for those seeking deeper understanding of themselves, what they need, and how they relate to the world around them. Whether someone feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, Christina meets them with presence and patience—making sense of things together, at their own pace.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a trauma-informed lens, Christina helps clients explore inner dynamics—both historical and present—clarify what matters most to them, and deepen their emotional understanding. Her trauma-informed approach includes nervous system awareness, intentional pacing to support safety and regulation, and creating a collaborative space where choice and self-compassion are central.

She works with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and complex trauma, with a special focus on those who identify as highly sensitive or tend to feel things deeply. As a highly sensitive person herself, Christina understands how transformative it can be to feel seen and accepted for exactly who you are.

Her work is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and welcoming of spiritual exploration when meaningful to her clients. Christina offers a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where you are invited to come exactly as you are.

Outside of therapy, Christina loves camping, music and art festivals, and adventuring with her fiancé. She’s a proud cat mom and is usually found with a good book in hand—preferably while soaking up the sun.
