Ashley enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults and provides a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for her clients. Ashley views the therapeutic relationship as a vital component of successful therapy. Therefore, she ensures that this relationship is collaborative because she believes the client knows themselves best.

Ashley has experience in numerous areas including trauma-informed care, comprehensive and holistic behavioral health, and substance use. Ashley highly values the therapeutic relationship and likes to provide a relaxed, person-centered environment to promote growth and change in her clients. Ashley is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, though she also utilizes skills and techniques from ACT and DBT.

Ashley believes that advocacy is integral to the therapeutic relationship. Ashley advocates for clients by identifying local resources to aid in achieving therapy goals. 

Ashley has a love for learning and expanding her therapeutic lens; she will gain certification in EMDR therapy in the future. Ashley understands and effectively works with the service member and service member family population.  In her spare time, Ashley enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband, working out, reading, and spending time with her cat.
