Morgan is passionate about the mind body connection and the impact exercise and nutrition have on mental health. She believes we find the energy for the right things when we stop chasing the wrong things. Morgan also focuses on treating the whole person and therefore utilizes her experience working with depression, anxiety, behavior issues, school struggles, and family and relationship issues, as well. 

Morgan has worked in various settings including outpatient and residential treatment facilities, focusing on both adolescent and adult individuals struggling with mental health issues, trauma and substance use. Morgan Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained and utilizes it in treating trauma and other presentations of mental health challenges. Morgan is currently working towards becoming an EMDR Certified Therapist through EMDRIA. 

Morgan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in Exercise Sport Science with a nutrition minor. Morgan graduated from the University of Utah with a master’s in social work and Substance Abuse concentration in May of 2018.  Morgan enjoys running, golfing, biking, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her corgi, Ash.
