Helena has served patients all over Texas since 2019. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
Helena has experience in diagnosing and treating Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Insomnia, PTSD, Mood Disorders and other psychiatric illnesses. She provides medication management and supportive psychotherapy by utilizing holistic, evidence-based medicine.
Helena’s priority is to stabilize and alleviate suffering while ensuring a patient’s safety. She is dedicated to promoting long-term recovery and resilience. She believes it is essential to treat patients with respect, confidentiality, and compassion — Especially when they feel the most vulnerable.
Practicing ethically while building a strong therapeutic alliance is something she deeply values. She makes it a priority to collaborate with your therapist to ensure you have the best team of clinicians to guide and maximize patient centered care.
Helena received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Wichita State University in 2019. In her leisure, she enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and volunteering. She loves spending time with her new husband Johnny.
