Meet Carly, an empathetic and warm therapist committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where individuals, couples, and families can heal, grow, and thrive. With a focus on grief and trauma, Carly works with clients of all ages, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families to help them navigate life’s most challenging experiences.

Carly’s therapeutic approach blends Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) with Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), both of which prioritize connection, emotional expression, and understanding. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth, and is dedicated to meeting clients where they are at, honoring their unique journeys and providing the support needed to foster healing and resilience.

Throughout her work, Carly emphasizes the importance of patience and empathy, understanding that each person’s path to healing is different. She is passionate about helping clients uncover their strengths, gain emotional clarity, and cultivate deeper, more fulfilling connections in their relationships.

In her free time Carly can be found exploring the vibrant city of Austin or spending time in nature with her two Australian Shepherds,  Kodak and Ozzy. She looks forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
