Jennifer’s goal is to support and to guide clients as they explore their experiences, relationships and values to create greater satisfaction in their lives. As a social worker, she understands that people come from varied backgrounds and circumstances which have a profound impact on well-being and which require an eclectic, collaborative and strengths-based approach to foster resilience and growth. She believes that recognizing negative patterns of behavior, improving interpersonal skills and making value-driven decisions are key components to leading a fulfilling, empowered and meaningful life.
Jennifer is married and has four children. In her free time she works on house projects, keeps bees and tends a challenging garden. She also enjoys hiking with friends, watching Turkish dramas and sitting still.
