A licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build more fulfilling and empowering lives. Paola specializes in working with adults, veterans, and teens ages 15+. She provides a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals without judgment. Using a client-centered approach, Paola utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) methods to foster growth and healing at her clients pace.
Paola strives to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, she is here to support you on your path toward healing and growth. Paola uses a trauma-informed approach and encourages teamwork that embraces clients being the experts of their own experiences, while providing a safe environment to problem solve life’s uncertainties together.
Paola received her master of Social Work at The University of Texas at El Paso and continues to have a passion for learning new evidence based methods to best treat her clients. In her free time, Paola loves to explore arts and crafts and spending time with her dog.
